The Model ARCP-0022 chamber is designed to comply with field uniformity per IEC 61000-4-3 / EN 61000-4-3 (2010). The chamber enclosure is approximately 6.90m x 3.150m x2.925m (~22’-7 5/8” x 10’-4” x 9’-7 1/8” outside dimensions) and is constructed of pan type shielded panels. The export classification for this equipment is EAR99.
Structural members installed on the roof of the shield allow the chamber to carry the weight of the shield, ferrite tile absorber, and HT25 & HT45 hybrid absorber, doors, etc.
Comtest Radiated Immunity Chamber M | 1710-300 | ARCP-0022
The main purpose of a radiated immunity chamber is to perform full compliance immunity (80MHz – 6GHz) and pre-compliance emission (30MHz – 18 GHz) measurements. The combination of the pan-type 2mm galvanized panel system, parallel closing RF shielded doors and polystyrene hybrid absorbers on the walls, floor and ceiling creates a high performance controlled electromagnetic environment that complies with international immunity and (pre-compliance) emission test standards.
At 3m test distance the uniform field dimension is 1,5×1,5m at 0.8m height from the floor. The test volume for pre-compliance emissions at 3m test distance is Ø1.0m. In the RIC3 chamber EUT’s can be tested against the following product standards for radiated immunity:
- EN61000-4-3
- EN61000-1
- EN61000-2
- CISPR14-2
- CISPR20
- CISPR24
- CISPR35
- IEC60601-1-2
Various radiated emissions standards can be tested as well under the condition that these are all pre-compliance.
