The Model ARCP-0029 chamber is designed to comply with MIL-STD 461 E/F and RTCA Do-160G for military component testing. The chamber enclosure is approximately 4.650m x 3.750m x 2.775m (~15-3” x 12’-3 5/8”x 9’-1 ¼”) (outside dimensions) and is constructed of pan type shielded panels. The export classification for this equipment is EAR99.
An 8” beam on the roof allows the chamber to carry the weight of the shield, ferrite tile absorber, HT25 hybrid absorber, doors, etc.
Comtest military component test chamber 2.5m test table | 1715-100 | ARCP-0029
The main purpose of a semi anechoic chamber for military components testing is to perform measurements of radio frequency emission or immunity at 1m test distance. The combination of the pan-type 2mm galvanized panel system and the polystyrene hybrid absorbers on the walls and ceiling eliminates unwanted electrical noise and complies with international test standards. The semi anechoic chamber described in this document is designed to comply with the Mil STD 461/464 and RTCA DO-160 standards. The dimension of the test table is typically 2,5×1,0m but can be extended based on the EUT dimension and test set-up. The table is grounded to the chamber floor in full compliance to MIL STD 461/464 and RTCA DO160 requirements.
