When you apply for a job through our website, we will ask that you submit a resume and cover letter so that we can evaluate your skillset to determine if you are qualified for the position to which you applied. We collect and receive information about you and your activity from our affiliates and third parties, including other users of our sites and services, business partners, customers, and vendors. We may use and share non-personal, de-identified information that can’t be used to identify you for any lawful business purpose without any obligation or accounting to you. INFORMATION WE PROCESS ON BEHALF OF OUR CLIENTS
The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation.
AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.
An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to our Client (the data controller). If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We may employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and we may need to share your personal information with them to provide services to you, such as processing your payment information, shipping products to you, and providing customer service or in order to properly exclude you from marketing activities you have opted out of. Unless we tell you differently, they do not have any right to use your personal information beyond what is necessary to assist us. We may potentially be liable under the Data Privacy Framework Principles if a third-party processes personal information in a way inconsistent with those Principles, unless we prove we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the DPF, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation complies with the DPF Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and the UK, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
The Federal Trade Commission [AND/OR U.S. Department of Transportation] has [each has] jurisdiction over AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation’s compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. In certain situations, AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation commits to refer unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF to TRUSTe, an alternative dispute resolution provider based in the United States.
