Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the implementation of a lean strategy to reduce inventory, lead-time, and waste to increase throughput and output
  • Lead Value Stream workshops
  • Facilitate process improvement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for reducing costs and improving productivity
  • Facilitate the planning and implementation of workplace flow and layout, equipment installations, modifications, and moves according to Lean concepts
  • Organize and measure the progress of improvement initiatives and ensure plant wide consistency
  • Implement manufacturing best practices
  • Leverage the ERP system to achieve goals

Requirements:

  • Relevant manufacturing or engineering degree required
  • Must understand lean manufacturing and have experience with Lean methodology (Continuous Improvement, Value Stream Analysis, Kaizen, 5s) and a proven track record of successful implementation
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven continuous improvement experience
  • Project management experience required
  • Experience with ERP systems a must, preferably MS D365
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications
  • Must have the ability to plan and prioritize activities
  • Electronics manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Shipping and Receiving Docks
    • Crate and package product, shipment of goods, process paperwork
    • Receive incoming products, verify count and condition, ensure POs match goods received, deliver products to appropriate department
  • Electronic Parts Stockroom
    • Receive inventory to stock
    • Pick and kit work orders
    • Assist internal customers with material requirements and inventory issues
    • Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies

Basic Requirements:

  • HS diploma or GED
  • Proficient in MS Word programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • ERP experience a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Perform microscopic soldering over a hot plate with stereo zoom microscopes for visual aid conditions
  • General hybrid module assembly utilizing component surface mounting, epoxy, and solder die-bonding techniques.
  • Use conductive epoxy and solder cream paste reflow techniques utilizing a convection solder reflow oven
  • Ability to perform mechanical assembly, utilizing automated drivers, manual tools, and various hand tools
  • Wire-bonding experience a huge plus
