AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation offers a product line of fiber optic adapters for use with our Field Analyzer systems. The FAM7000 Fiber Optic Mating Adapter is used to join two FAC7000 series cables together.
The FAM7000 consists of a single shuttered, keyed (#3), color-coded (Yellow), female/female, compact, E2000 connector. The keying and color coding match up with the same keying and color coding used on the FAC7000 series fiber optic cables to ensure proper connection. The shuttered connectors offer extra protection from potential light emitted from the fibers during and after cable disconnection.
The export classification for this equipment is EAR99. This equipment is controlled for export in accordance with the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.
