Visitor Guidelines

The following guidelines are provided to make your visit to AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation both productive and pleasant. We also want to ensure we provide a safe and secure environment for you and your information as well as for our people, property, and information. Please assist us in this effort by complying with our security requirements.

 

AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation has established guidelines and procedures for ensuring compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and export regulations that are administered by the State Department’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC).

 

Upon arrival at AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation, you must check-in at the receptionist’s desk. You will be required to show a Government-issued document with your picture. Normally this will be a state-issued driver’s license or passport for U.S. citizens. Citizens of other countries will need a passport or alien registration card.

 

All visitors are required to complete Form #642 Visitor Identification Requirements. If valid identification is not available, you will be restricted to the lobby area for the duration of your visit. All approved visitors to AR must be escorted throughout the facility by an authorized member of the AR staff.
